We stumbled upon Pensiunea Marioara after a last-minute change in plans, and what a fortunate turn of events it was! Nestled in the heart of the charming village, this gem exceeded our expectations. The modern, impeccably clean rooms provided comfort for our family, with a lovely balcony connecting our quarters. The inclusive atmosphere created by the friendly staff made us feel right at home.Our family cherished the delectable traditional dinners, where we savored local delights like palinka and afinato. Exploring the beautiful surroundings was effortless, and we even ventured to the quaint churches of Breb. The authentic touch of the 100-year-old traditional Maramures house added a special charm to our stay. The attentive staff made our experience extra special by offering babysitting upon request, allowing us parents a peaceful break. Pensiunea Marioara truly embodies the essence of Maramures hospitality, making it the perfect retreat for families seeking a warm and inviting atmosphere.
